Processing time

Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, processing time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment.

Some custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design, personalization details, or order volume.

Shipping time

After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 8–18 business days
  • Other destinations: delivery times vary depending on location

Please note that these are estimated shipping times only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping origin

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in mainland China.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Custom production time
  • Holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Carrier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Dearova is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at support@dearova.com. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.

Lost, damaged, or marked-as-delivered packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@dearova.com within 7 days of the tracking status update. We will do our best to assist you.
