Return & Refund Policy

At Dearova, many of our items are made to order and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Personalized and custom-made items

All personalized, customized, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized book embossers / ex libris
  • Return address stamps
  • Custom logo stamps
  • Wax seal stamps
  • Personalized leather journals
  • Personalized stationery sets

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dearova.com.

We can only make changes or cancellations before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dearova.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items with customer-provided spelling, wording, or design errors that were submitted at checkout
  • Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear

Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
