What does Dearova sell?
Dearova offers personalized gifts inspired by books, letters, and timeless craftsmanship, including custom book embossers, wax seal products, and gift-ready keepsakes.

How long does personalization take?
Most personalized items require production time before shipping. Our usual production time is 3–7 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
If you need to change your personalization details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@dearova.com. Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes.

Can I preview my personalized design before production?
If a proof or preview is available for a specific product, it will be stated on the product page. Please review all personalization details carefully before submitting your order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the product ordered. Please allow additional time for personalized production before the package is shipped. You can find more details on our Shipping Policy page.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Do you accept returns?
Because many Dearova items are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns for customized products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dearova.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll help review the issue and provide a solution.

Do you ship internationally?
Availability may vary by product and destination. Shipping options will be shown at checkout when available.
